Description:
RPZ DSR Capsules combine Rabeprazole Sodium, a proton pump inhibitor, with Domperidone, a sustained-release prokinetic agent. Rabeprazole reduces the production of stomach acid, while Domperidone helps in regulating the movement of food through the stomach and intestines, preventing nausea, vomiting, and bloating.

Composition:

• Rabeprazole Sodium 20mg

• Domperidone 30mg (Sustained Release)

Mechanism of Action:

• Rabeprazole Sodium: Suppresses stomach acid secretion by inhibiting the proton pump (H+/K+ ATPase enzyme) in the gastric parietal cells, reducing the production of gastric acid.
